Q: I've signed up for an account and can log in but I still cannot view the bidding projects. What's wrong?
A: Only applications that have been confirmed by our office staff are allowed to view our current bids. We try to approve applications in a timely process. Usually the same day during normal business hours. You will be notified by email as soon as your application has been approved. If you need further assistance call 435-865-7630 or Contact Us.
Q: I forgot my password what can I do?
A: Please click on the Forgot Password link in the primary navigation of the site at the top. You can be emailed a new password by entering your username or password that we have on file. If you cannot remember your username or are still having trouble please call 435-865-7630 or Contact Us
Q: I forgot my username what can I do?
A: Please use our Contact Us form or call 435-865-7630 to have your username looked up.
Q: I cannot open any of the plan files what's wrong?
A: All our plans are saved in Adobe Reader format. You can download Adobe Reader from Adobe's web site.
